| Nate, I think no one is skeptic. How do you inform yourself about something that you are not aware of in any way. It gets worse when you ask someone to help you out and they tell you to do your research. If you believe in something and know that it works, why not try to convince someone, albeit with a bit of struggle? |
| Don´t forget the MIND. The healer is the mind. A doctor once said to me that most afflictions evetually cure themselves over time. There is a huge medical industry selling a lot of medicine that will never work or is not the decisive element in the cures. They set the mind in motion so that it will, unless it has an "illness wish" or, worse, a "death wish", cure the person. Re-establish the spiritual balance, the "fluids" of Eastern medicine. Where do you leave acupuncture. Even the FDA has recognized the effectiveness of acupuncture. Natural medicine is the same thing, and much of natural medicine has made it into the laboratories of the drug manufacturers. It´s all about what we believe. Cheers! |
| Ira, that was really on point..I found myself nodding to your comment. There is so much advantage taking in the whole health industry and many people are falling prey to dubious 'healers'. It is useless to seek the healing of third parties and at the same time fail to be in touch with the whole self. The entire well-being of a person depends on how much they are in touch with what goes in and comes out of them. |

The million dollar question would still be, "Does and has natural healing ever been proved to work? If so, what are the chances that they would not work in certain people?" |
|  I think you'll find that "natural healing" is the only kind. Your Doctors and Medicine only look at resolving symptoms not actual healing. The body does the healing itself.Remember, most life on earth exists quite well without our technology, doctors, medicines and other such nonsense. |
| Cwemoy, the answer is simple. Traditional Chinese medicine has been around for about 5000 years and is still being used today. It's based on "natural" things, that is, medicinal plants, physiotherapy and energy healing (acupuncture, acupressure, Qui-gong etc.) This medicine cures everything from cancer to mental illnesses. The western mainstream information system dosen't talk about this, of course. If people found out that natural medicine really works, what would the BIG PHARMA and drug doctors live on? They control the FDA and the media anyway. It's all about mental control and manipulation. We're all just another Michael Jackson, really!!! |
| That was informational Natascha. If indeed it has been there for 5, 000 years, and has been proven to work, then the natural healers need to work on their PR skills. As Doris has indicated, what the healers do is guide your body and mind towards healing. What they first have to do is get into course then the rest follows. I doubt however if it would substitute the western mainstream system in areas like surgery. It is upon one to choose in the end. |
| The problem is the western doctors charge megabucks for their hacking up of your body... and have the money to promote their services... and the same for the drug companies and their poisons... The natural healers just heal... and its not even that.. the body just heals... but you need to stop abusing it with junk. |
