Never before experience ... Told to do something

Basically this week (was few days ago) I was sleeping and awoke with a female telling me quite firmly (not angrily, just stern as if was important) saying 'Francesca, call her now' (my name being Francesca... It was very quick, and upon hearing my name I started to wake up, the first thing I did was pick up my phone but then I didn't know who to call, I then went to my front door as knew I was alone in the house but thought someone may have been at the door while I was asleep except no one was there. I was sure it was a voice that was actually present in the house with me, it sounded very real.

I have never before felt any presence in my home, nor has my partner who is normally very very receptive to spirits.

Unfortunately I was unable to call anyone as I didn't know who to call, I don't know whether this is bad or not, the first few women I thought of are all okay and there is no new news or anything so don't know why I was told to do this. I have never experienced this before (not that I remember) especially never been spoken to so directly or told to do anything.

The voice did not feel evil or unkind, but not friendly (only because I had never heard it before) it seemed to be good, just unfamiliar ..

What do you think?

My only psychic experiences have been random thoughts that have come true, nothing of importance, but has been quite specific, so as not to be coincidence or just predictability.

I don't like anything evil, and have a big fear of the unknown and evil spirits, even good spirits ... Anything 'unknown' your help would be greatly appreciated, especially help from maybe a 'professional' or someone with experience.
